This song was released in September 1990 as KAN's eighth single, but it was originally just one song on an album released in July of the same year. It became known as KAN's signature song, being selected for heavy rotation on an Osaka FM station and used as the ending song or insert song for TV programs.
The B-side of this single, which is said to have been created as a result of love advice from a friend, is called ``Still, the Man Who Gets Fooled'', which is quite fashionable.
