This is the top-of-the-line model of Aranjuez, designed and supervised by Masaki Sakurai, the head of Kono Guitar Factory, a top brand of Japanese classical guitars. This model is no longer in production and this is the last one left.
The most important parts, the top and bracing, are made by Kono Guitar, and the whole is assembled by Takamine Gakki, using the best materials and the highest level of craftsmanship.
A carbon rod is embedded in the neck, making the guitar highly weather resistant.
