Description
Performance time: Approximately 14 minutes 30 seconds
Instrumentation: Mandolin x 2, mandola, mandoloncello, guitar, double bass
Score/part set
The subtitle “Bagatelle” originally meant “something trivial or trivial,” but Beethoven seems to have preferred this title for his piano pieces. Life is made up of a series of daily ``insignificant'' events, but seemingly ``boring'' daily life can gradually grow or suddenly turn into ``precious memories.''
As a writer, I wrote without much ambition. The title, ``And I will become the wind,'' expresses my small, selfish wish that even though I am a transparent being like the wind, I still want to be of some use and watch over others. I would appreciate it if everyone who listened to it would keep it as a small ``memory'' in a place where it won't get in the way of their hearts.
