"Genki wo Dashite" is a song written and composed by Mariya Takeuchi, and released on February 14, 1984 with vocals by Hiroko Yakushimaru. A self-cover version by Mariya Takeuchi was later released on November 28, 1988.
Although it has been 30 years since its release, the song is ranked 9th in the overall category of domestic works in the Top 10 distribution amount of the 2024 JASRAC Awards. Numerous cover versions have been released to date, making it popular with a wide range of generations.
This arrangement is for a standard six-part mandolin ensemble.
