"Ai no Hana" is the theme song for the NHK morning drama "Ranman" (starring Kamiki Ryunosuke), which began airing on April 3, 2023 and is based on the life of Dr. Makino Tomitaro, known as the father of Japanese botany. It is also Aimyon's 14th single, released on June 7 of the same year.
Aimyon commented on this song, "I wrote this song while facing the main character and his wife, who have the power to love wholeheartedly."
