Route via the underground passage (from the south ticket gate of JR Ikebukuro Station)
1. Exit through the South ticket gate and proceed to the right.
2. Follow the yellow tactile paving towards the Yurakucho Line.
3. You will see a sign saying "Tobu Tojo Line", but continue straight ahead following the tactile paving.
4. Continue along the road with the Yurakucho Line ticket gate on your left.
5. Go towards the Echika Ikebukuro sign on your right. Go down the stairs and follow the road.
6. With the cafe "Patio de METRO" on your left, go straight towards exits "1a, 1b, 2a, C".
7. Go straight towards exit "1a・1b".
8. Go up the stairs and head left towards Exit "1b".
9. Go up the stairs and exit at ground level exit "1b".
10. Once you reach the ground level exit, walk along the sidewalk in front of you to the right.
11. You will see a 7-Eleven (Ikebukuro Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre store) on your right.
12. After passing the 7-Eleven, cross the next crosswalk and turn right. You will enter "Gourmet Street."
13. After walking a little, turn left on the road between the Wine Restaurant "Hobar" and Genghis Khan Restaurant "Yoshitsune".
14. You will see a sign for "Mandolin & Guitar Ikegaku Co., Ltd." The izakaya "Kaburaya" is on the first floor, so please take the elevator to the second floor.
Route from the front of the west exit of Ikebukuro Station
1. When you exit the west exit of Ikebukuro Station, you will see a rotary.
2. With your back to the station, go through the rotary towards Bic Camera on your left.
3. Cross the crosswalk towards Bic Camera.
4. Continue straight with Bic Camera on your left.
5. You will see a wide intersection called "Nishiguchi Gosaji."
6. Cross the crosswalk in front of you and turn left.
7. Continue straight with the Kinko's Ikebukuro West Exit store on your right.
8. Cross the crosswalk and continue straight.
9. You will see a 7-Eleven on your right.
10. After passing the 7-Eleven, cross the next crosswalk and turn right. You will enter "Gourmet Street."
11. After walking a little, turn left on the road between the Wine Restaurant "Hobar" and Genghis Khan Restaurant "Yoshitsune".
12. You will see the "Ikegaku Mandolin & Guitar Co., Ltd." sign on your left. The izakaya "Kaburaya" is on the first floor, so please take the elevator to the second floor.
