"Pay Later Paidy" is a payment method that uses the lump-sum payment service for the following month provided by the payment service company Paidy.
Each month, we will close the billing process at the end of the month and issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month. You will receive an invoice notification by email or SMS (short message) by the 5th of the month following your order date.
Please make payment by the 27th of the month following the order date (if paying by direct debit, the payment will be debited on the 27th).

An electronic barcode for payment will be sent to the email address you entered or via SMS (short message) to the phone number you entered, so please make payment within 14 days from the date of sending the email or SMS.

We will promptly replace defective products, products damaged before or during shipping, and products that are different from the order. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you and exchange it for an equivalent product or cancel the order.
We will send you a "delivery note" or "delivery note/invoice" together with the product. Please see below for details about the "receipt".
●If you are a registered credit card payment member, you can download a PDF receipt from your My Page after the product is shipped. If you place an order without registering as a member, we will include the receipt if you request it before the product is shipped. Please let us know the name and notes on the receipt. (Please cooperate by registering as a member and downloading the receipt from your next order.)
●Bank transfer and postal transfer ``transfer receipt'' can be used as an official receipt.
●For cash on delivery, the copy of the shipping invoice given to you by the delivery company when you exchange the product for another item can be used as an official receipt.

◆If you require a receipt other than a "payment receipt" or "transfer receipt," please mail your "payment receipt" or "transfer receipt" to our company and let us know that you would like a receipt issued, as well as your desired recipient name and notes (e.g., XX Club, sheet music fee).
